経営者
経営者が、何か新しい仕事をするとか、今まで経験のなかった仕事をするような場合に、私の所へよく相談に来るんです。私の答えはいつも簡単です。「他人に相談しなきゃわからないようなことを、今後のあなたの人生の事業にしようとすることは非常に軽率じゃないか」って言うんだ。
自分のわからないことを私に聞いて、それでわかっても、その後の経営は私がするんじゃないよ。
あんたがするんじゃないか。いちいち聞きに来なきゃならないことだったら、あんたが経営するんじゃなくて、私がすることになるじゃないか
Executive
Business owners often come to me for advice when they want to do something new or something they have never experienced before. My answer is always simple. They say, ``Isn't it extremely thoughtless to try to make something that you can't understand without consulting others into your future life's business?''
Even if you ask me something you don't understand and I understand it, I won't be in charge of the management after that.
I guess you'll do it. If you had to come and ask me every single thing, I'd be the one running the business, not you.
