うつくしさと調和
絶対調和の状態こそ、美というもののほんとうの姿なので、調和のないところに完全のないのと同様に調和のないところにほんとうの美はないのである。もっと極言すれは、うつくしいという言葉はしっくりと調和しているという言葉の代名詞で、さらにうつくしいというのは完全だということにもなるのである。
どんな思想でも主義でも、また計画でも設計でも、調和を無視し没却された考慮では、とうていその完成は現実化されないのが当然の真理なのである。
Beauty and harmony
A state of absolute harmony is the true form of beauty, so just as there is no perfection where there is no harmony, there is no true beauty where there is no harmony. To put it more bluntly, the word ``beautiful'' is synonymous with the word ``in harmony,'' and ``beautiful'' can also mean ``perfect.''
The obvious truth is that no matter what ideology, principle, plan, or design, if harmony is ignored and considerations are ignored, perfection will never be realized.
