真の我は命そのもの - 天風　人生賛歌

まことの我は命そのもの

　「我ありと、感ずる我は、仮の我、まことの我は、見えず、感ぜず」

　これは日本の禅家の歌ですが、ヨーガの哲学のほうは、もう少し崩れた言い方をしています。

　「我ありと思えるものは仮の我、まことの我は命そのもの」

　と、ヨーガの哲学は言っている。

　命そのものを働かせているものが自分なんだ。肉体が命そのものを働かせているんじゃない。命そのものの力が肉体を生かしている。

I am life itself

"The self that I feel is a temporary self; the true self cannot be seen or felt."

This is a song by a Japanese Zen master, but the philosophy of yoga uses a slightly more corrupted way of saying it.

"What I think I am is a temporary self, and the true self is life itself."

So says the philosophy of yoga.

I am the one who makes life itself work. It's not the body that makes life itself work. The power of life itself keeps the body alive.
