理想と信念
理想には信念が必要なんですよ。信念がつかないと、万難を突破してもその理想の完成成就へと猛進しようとする力が、分裂しちまうんだ。信念が出ると理想の完成成就へと勇猛邁進させる力がその心にひとりでにもたせられるというより、ついてくる。
だから、常に理想を明瞭にその心に描いて、変えないこと。しかもその理想はあとうかぎり気高いものであらなきゃいけない。つまり、理想が人間を偉大にもくだらなくもする原動力となるのである。
Ideals and beliefs
Ideals require faith. If you don't have faith, the power to rush toward the completion of that ideal, even if you overcome all obstacles, will be divided. When faith emerges, it follows rather than spontaneously gives the mind the power to push forward to the fulfillment of the ideal.
Therefore, always have your ideals clearly drawn in your mind and do not change them. Moreover, the ideal must remain noble. In other words, ideals become the driving force that makes humans great or silly.
