何も考えずに寝る

 眠りにつくまでの間、何も考えないで眠りに入るのが本当の理想なんです。それができないのであれば、夜の寝際、できるだけ昼間関係した消極的なことを思い出さないようにすることであります。

 人間の夜の寝際の心は「特別無条件同化暗示感受習性」という状態になっていて、ちょいとでも、考えたことはパーッと潜在意識に刻印されちまうんだ。だから、昼間どんな腹の立つことや悲しいことに関係した場合であろうとも、夜の寝際の心のなかに断然それを持ち込んじゃいけないの。

Sleep without thinking about anything

The true ideal is to fall asleep without thinking about anything until you fall asleep. If you can't do that, try to avoid remembering negative things related to the daytime as much as possible when you go to bed at night.

When humans go to sleep at night, their minds are in a state of ``special unconditional assimilation, suggestion, and receptiveness,'' and even if it's just a little bit, what we think is immediately imprinted on our subconscious mind. So no matter what upsets or sad things you may have to do during the day, you should never bring them into your mind when you go to bed at night.
