人間は万物の霊長

　ここが一番大事なことであるが、特に忘れてならないことは、人間は、万物の中で、宇宙根本の分派分量を最も多く頂戴しているというである。人間以外の生物が真似することのできないほど、誠に多くの分量を頂いている。

　このことが、人間が霊長といわれる所以なのである。

Man is the lord of all things

This is the most important thing, but what we must not forget is that out of all things, human beings receive the greatest share of the fundamental divisions of the universe. We receive so much food that no creature other than humans can imitate it.

This is why humans are called primates.
